In 2025 we are launching the Holland Houseboat type Sundeck Monohull 50, which has a length of 12.95 by 5.00 meters and is equipped with a spacious just finished living room and an equipped open kitchen. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. The basic type has 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and the 2nd bedroom with twin beds and closets. Adjacent to the living room is a spacious fenced terrace. The roof terrace is accessible via a sturdy staircase at the rear of the Holland Houseboat.
The boat is heated by underfloor heating. But the Holland Houseboat is also ideal for use in winter thanks to its high-quality insulation. Boat type Sundeck Monohull 50 offers several options such as air conditioning, dishwasher, solar panels, boating package and a variable layout in terms of bedrooms. You don’t need a licence to sail the boat. You can also moor without a permit or berth.

The hull / monohull is coupled with a galvanized steel structure creating a strong, unsinkable base for the Houseboat.
The superstructure consists of a galvanized steel frame that creates a robust rigid structure.
The walls are fitted with electricity and water connections. They are then insulated and finished with high-quality water-resistant plates.
The houseboat’s energy performance is calculated using the NTA 8800 method (BENG calculation method) to understand the energy consumption of different options and insulation. The boat can be fitted with solar panels and is equipped with underfloor heating. But the Holland Houseboat is also ideal for use in winter thanks to its high-quality insulation. The use of sandwich panels makes the boat very easy to maintain.
Unique to the Holland Houseboat is the finishing of the outer walls with sandwich panels. The entire boat is insulated with 2 plates on the outer wall, creating a rock-solid, waterproof shell around the entire boat. This makes the boat maintenance-free for all those years to come.
